Week ? + ? - Kirsch.
Continuing in the theme of both the blog and the season, I made truffles for various events. I tried a couple of varieties - dark chocolate with candy cane bits, dark chocolate with hazelnuts, and then dark chocolate with Kirsch. They don't photograph very well, being chocolate and kind of lumpy, but they were really really good.
